We ask that all clients behave in a kind and respectful manner, as well as follow Covid and other general protocols.
Please understand that the receptionists are following directions from the owners. They have not prepared your tax return, and do not deserve to be treated or talked to in a disrespectful manner.
We will not tolerate clients abusing our staff. If you feel that our service does not meet your needs, please take your business elsewhere.
