Please understand that the receptionists are following directions from the owners. They have not prepared your tax return, and do not deserve to be treated or talked to in a disrespectful manner.

We will not tolerate clients abusing our staff. If you feel that our service does not meet your needs, please take your business elsewhere.

When a Drop Off is Completed

If you have dropped off your taxes with us, you will be contacted once the return has been prepared. Depending on the method of drop off (in person, email, or mail submissions) and any specifications given to us, you may be contacted by one of our team members over the phone or by email, or by an automated text or voicemail.

We will be able to file the return with the CRA once the fee for our service has been settled. We will also require your signature to e-file (electronically file). As tax returns 2016 or older are not able to be e-filed, those will need to be submitted by mail.

Processing Time

The current processing time once a return has been submitted to the CRA is approximately two weeks for e-filed returns, and approximately two to three months for mailed returns.
